Supported living · Adults 18+ · Bristol

Supported living built around your life.

Flexible support for adults who want more independence at home and in their community, agreed with the person it's for.

Support that helps an adult live with greater independence, choice and control in their own home.

The support flexes around the person: how much, how often and what for is agreed together.

Support ranges from a few hours a week to round-the-clock 24-hour care. Our team makes sure every person gets the right level of support to live a full and independent life.

We'll always be clear about what we can and can't provide before anything is agreed.

Person-centred

Planning starts with strengths, preferences and what someone wants their life to look like.

  • The person leads the conversation, with family or an advocate if they choose.
  • Support is written down so everyone knows what's agreed.
  • Plans are reviewed as things change, not left to drift.
  • Consistency of staff matters to us and we plan for it.

Enquiries

Anyone can start the conversation.

The individual
If you're looking for support for yourself, tell us what you'd like to change and what's working already.
Family or carer
Enquire on behalf of someone you support. We'll always want to hear from the person themselves too.
Professionals and referrers
Social workers, case managers and commissioners can send a referral enquiry and we'll respond directly.

Need information in a different format, such as large print, easy read, audio or a phone call instead? Tell us what works for you and we'll do our best to provide it.
